What is your Shipping Policy at Coastal Hills Creations?
- The majority of our products are custom/made to order and have varying turn around times. Most items ship within 5 days-6 weeks of purchasing depending on the item(s). Do not hesitate to reach out via email with any concerns, are needing a more specific turnaround time estimate, or if you needing an item by a certain date.
- We may offer local delivery and/or pickup for local customers within 20 miles of Richmond, KY. If offering, Pickup and delivery turnaround times are no different.
- All products will include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
- Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.
- These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products to fulfill your order.
*If there is a problem with your order or if your item arrives damaged- email us at contact@coastalhillscreations.com and we will help get the situation resolved quickly.
Please leave a note at checkout or email us if your item delivery is time sensitive or if you'd like to upgrade your shipping. We understand that an item may be for a special occasion and we will do whatever we can to get it to you in time for your special day. With this, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate depending on the item(s).
We currently do not offer International shipping at checkout due to inconsistent pricing calculations. Please email us at contact@coastalhillscreations.com if you'd like to ship an item internationally. We can talk more in depth about the order you are wanting to make with us.
What is your Refund Policy at Coastal Hills Creations?
Due to the nature of our printed products, we are unavailable to process returns.
All sales are final.

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or broken please email us at contact@coastalhillscreations.com with pictures and a detailed message so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The best way to reach us is by contacting us via email at contact@coastalhillscreations.com. Please note that it may take us 1-2 business days to get back to you. If we are out of the shop you will see an announcement at the top of our website and we will get a response when we return to shop.

A long time ago a guy I new asked "Can you sum-up the secret to life with just 1 word". I said no, I need 4... You need the "patience" it takes to find the "courage" you need to be "honest" with yourself to ask for help gaining the "experience" it takes to fill up a lifetime with joy, happiness and fond memories.
Hanging out with the wrong crowd I learned different. Almost every time something went crazy in somebodies life "I DON'T CARE" would get thrown out there about the situation. I finally put 2 and 2 together. It's the only thing I can think of that's simultaneously the hardest and the easiest thing we do every day. If your hole world came crashing down around you... would you. When that loved one you're sick and tired of picking back up over and over needs you "just one more time"... could you? ALL YOU HAVE TO DO...IS... care.
That one tiny little 4 letter word. Do you...care enough...to be patient, honest, courageous, humble, to praise, to try harder, to help, to except, to teach, to listen, to learn, to agree and disagree without fighting.. the list is endless. Especially when it's hard...will you care enough to love thy neighbor?
